Strategic Review Cost

The cost of a strategic review could depend on many factors.  Some could include:

  1. Size of business
  2. Number of departments
  3. How many stakeholders to be consulted?
  4. Depth/length of the investigation
  5. Number of competitors

For example, smaller businesses an overall strategic review could take as little as half a day.  However, large organisations may have strategic reviews conducted over longer periods of time.

Once we understand a few basics about your business we will prepare a full proposal.  This will outline all of the strategic review costs, timescales and the benefits of the process.

A correctly conducted strategic review will add value to a business and ultimately pay for itself.

Why have a strategic review?

In uncertain times, the ability for a business to assess and identify the best opportunities is key.  To use a Jim Collins analogy, it is all about “bullets and cannonballs”.   Identifying, testing and measuring different solutions and then focusing on the one with the greatest effect.

In our often frantic workdays, when do you have the time to sit and review what is the best way forward?  This is why you should at least consider an independent Strategic Review.  The strategic review cost will be recovered quickly by implementing the proposed improvements.
