Never underestimate the importance of a company’s sales funnel.
This sales funnel is the source of all future business. It can be a great measure of how a company will perform in the future.
A healthy funnel can provide comfort and security and provide justification for future investment. Whilst conversely an unhealthy funnel can provide early warning signs that there is trouble on the horizon.
So how do you measure whether a sales funnel is healthy or not?
Asking several key questions will measure your funnel’s pulse. Some relate to customer type and purchase habits, some relate to individual enquires and others should be about conversion rates.
